A proven leader in Hospitality, Larry joins us with over 27 years in the industry in various positions in Operations and Revenue Management. Larry started his hospitality career as a Night Auditor with Embassy Suites Hotels. He was quickly promoted to Front Office Manager and worked his way up the ranks to other Hilton properties before joining Wyndham Hotel & Resorts in a Director of Guest Services Role. Once joining Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Front Office Manager, Larry was given the opportunity to join the Revenue Team at Westin New York at Times Square in his first Revenue position in 2005. Subsequently, Larry’s passion for revenue was ignited. He has since held numerous Leadership roles in Revenue at single property level to overseeing a portfolio of hotels in a facet or Hotel Groups and Management companies working closely with Owners, Asset Managers, and other Stakeholders. He most recently worked with Warwick Hotels & Resorts overseeing Revenue Management for their U.S. properties. Larry’s strategic abilities push his hotels above the competition. At the same time, displaying the capabilities to lead others. His expertise encompasses an array of experience in multiple RMS, PMS, CRM, Channel Management & Distribution Systems.

Clustered Group Reservations Agent, Sales Researcher, CRS Development Manager and Senior online distribution manager were just a few of the roles though out her career. Her expertise extends to both the UK and USA markets, and she excels in various technology platforms, including CRS, Channel Manager and PMS, all of which enhance customer service. He played a pivotal role in expanding Premier's core business—interior design, architecture, procurement, and project/construction management while servicing Ashford's $8+ billion portfolio of over 120 hotels and 26,000 rooms.  At HotelAVE, a top-tier Asset Management firm, Roland was the regional practice leader responsible for expanding and consolidating a growing portfolio in the Mexico/Caribbean region. Under his guidance, HotelAVE's footprint grew to include 15+ prominent assets in the upper-upscale and luxury segments.  Roland's earlier career included overseeing all development activities for Carlson Hospitality Group in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America. Roland holds a CHA certification (Certified Hotel Administrator).

Aly Wee is the Owner of Aly Wee Consulting, a hotel revenue management and advisory services firm specializing in the independent, boutique hotel space. Prior to founding her consulting business, Aly worked as the Regional Director of Revenue Generation at Springboard Hospitality from 2018 to 2023. As one of the founding members of the Springboard Hawaii office, she led the company’s expansion efforts in Hawaii and spearheaded the transitions of 11 hotels into the portfolio. Aly's extensive experience spans across all stages of hotel management, from initial launch and expansions, through overseeing renovations, to post-launch operations.

Before her tenure at Springboard Hospitality, Aly served as a Revenue Manager at Aqua-Aston Hospitality from 2015 to 2018. In this position, she managed a diverse portfolio of independent hotels and condotels across the Hawaiian Islands. Prior to delving into the hospitality industry, Aly worked as a paralegal for four years in the areas of family law, real estate, and corporate law.

Prior to True North Hospitality, Andrea was the Executive Vice President of Operations at Graduate Hotels, in charge of a collection of 34 hand-crafted properties in the US and UK. He had joined Graduate after an 18-year tenure at Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos, where he grew the iconic brand portfolio from 7 to 42 properties in 17 countries globally, as a Vice President of Operations. Before Hard Rock, Andrea enjoyed rich professional growth at the Bentleys, Sagamore and Raleigh in Miami Beach, the Carlton IHG in Cannes, the Fairmont Raffles in Paris, and the intercontinental Hotel in London.
