CEO, Owner

With over 15 years of international sales experience in business travel and hospitality, Anthony Gambini has the proven ability to increase clients’ market share, optimize distribution, and maximize revenue. Currently focused on North American sales, marketing, and distribution for some of the most admired hotel brands in the industry, he combines his experience with highly effective relationship management, strategic planning, and contractual negotiation skills.

Gary Glodowski, CHDM, CRME

Executive Vice President, Commercial Strategy 

Gary brings over 18 years of revenue management and distribution leadership experience, having worked as both a hotelier and on the vendor side of the industry. In addition to receiving his CHDM and CRME from HSMAI, Gary is a certified expert in all major CRS, PMS, and RMS systems. Prior to Première, he held leadership positions in Distribution, Revenue Management, Product Management, and Client Services throughout the hospitality industry, including The Hardage Group, Sydell Group, and Duetto.

Deborah MacDonald

Global Director, Hotel Distribution & Support

Deborah MacDonald brings over 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Over the course of her career, she’s worked in the travel agency sector, in hospitality solutions, and on the hotel side. This rare, comprehensive perspective — combined with over a decade in leadership roles — makes her an invaluable asset to any hospitality brand. She is continually committed to customer-centric solutions with measurable distribution and revenue strategies.

Brian La Monica

Area Director of Revenue Management

In the hospitality field since he was 18 years old, Brian has a wide-ranging area of expertise. In the earliest years of his career, he started as a valet parking attendant and evolved in responsibilities with managerial roles in the operations of hotels.  He learned to hone his managerial capacities in companies such as Four Seasons, Fairmont, and Accor. Later, Brian would find his calling as Director of Revenue Management. His career originated in Boston, later transitioning to lead hotel revenue strategy in locations around the United States, such as Washington DC, San Francisco, and New York City.  He found much of his success being able to communicate strategies in detail to a room full of Revenue Management experts or students just beginning to learn the simultaneous balance of art & science.  Familiar with numerous technology platforms such as Oracle, Infor, IdeaS, and Duetto, and highly proficient with Excel & PowerPoint - Brian can conduct either day-to-day revenue analysis or develop custom deep dive analysis & tools catering to an individual hotel or company's unique market position.

Aaron Eschagary

Area Director of Revenue Management

With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 10 specifically in revenue management, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Aaron has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career, including operations, reservations, and sales support. He has extensive experience in the boutique/independent hotel sector, as well as exposure to big brand systems and operations, such as Hilton and Marriott. Additionally, he has worked in markets such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Palm Springs, and now brings his expertise to our team here in New York.

Eddie Duran

Area Director of Revenue Management

With over 16 years of invaluable experience in the dynamic hospitality industry, Eddie brings an exceptional wealth of expertise to the PAG team. Having dedicated 8 years specifically to revenue management, his proficiency in this area is unparalleled. Eddie's extensive career spans across independent boutique and renowned brand hotels like The Shore Hotel and The Hollywood Hotel, with a strong emphasis on luxury and lifestyle segments. Throughout his journey, he has made significant contributions in various capacities, including reservations, groupsales, conference services, marketing, and revenue management. Eddie's commitment to professional development is exemplified by his certification as a Revenue Management Executive with the esteemed Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI). Having worked in prominent markets such as Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Palm Springs, Eddie now brings his invaluable expertise to our team and clients. His profound knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset to our organization.

Sophie Henning

Global Senior Manager, Hotel Distribution & Connectivity

With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sophie has worked with some of the largest brands in the industry, including Hilton and Millennium Hotels. She is highly experienced in CRS and channel optimization and has successfully managed distribution ecosystems in both Europe and North America. She now serves as our Global Senior Manager of Hotel Distribution & Connectivity, overseeing the distribution for multiple hotel chains and independent hotels.

Rebeca Solis

Manager, Revenue & Distribution Support

Rebeca Solis joins the PAG team with a keen eye for detail in the luxury hotel division. Her experience in Revenue Management with Miami’s most prominent hotel chains including The Intercontinental, Trump International, and Sofitel, which have molded her abilities to promote strategic growth to any organization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University; her combined experience of 10 years in the travel industry has stretched her expertise to work closely with OTA’s, Corporate accounts, and Wholesalers, and analyze the business from several angles. Anyone can appreciate her motivation and drive as Rebeca started the industry as a front desk agent, later moving to group reservations as a coordinator, then to managing a reservations team, and finally paving the path to a revenue manager position. 

John Manalang

Sr. Analyst, Revenue & Distribution Support

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management at the University of Santo Tomas in the Phillippines,  John started working for the Hilton Conrad and Hampton Inn in Miami in various Front Desk/Guest Experience roles. He later moved to the EAST Miami hotel as a Reservations/Revenue Supervisor where he was part of the opening team. In 2019, he received a Certificate of Recognition from GMBHA (Greater Miami & the Beach Hotel Association) during their 25th Annual Inn Key Awards for his exceptional work at the EAST. His knowledge and expertise lie with Opera PMS and SynXis CRS, focusing on configurations, rate building, mapping, rate controls, and troubleshooting.

Pamela Nebiu

Marketing Manager

Pamela's journey in the hospitality industry began a decade ago when she gained valuable on-property experience in various roles such as operations, reservations, sales, and marketing for renowned hotel brands such as The Wit Chicago, Dana Hotel and Spa, and Virgin Hotel Chicago. Starting from the front desk, she quickly excelled and progressed to become a sales coordinator, ultimately finding her true passion in the field of marketing. Her diverse experience in these unique environments has given her a deep understanding of the industry's nuances and the ability to adapt to different brand identities. Pamela is a proud graduate of DePaul University, where she earned a degree in PR and Advertising. Her educational background, combined with her extensive hands-on experience, provides her with a solid foundation in strategic marketing and effective communication.

Anne Dekker

CFO

Anne Dekker serves as CFO at Première Advisory Group and brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She started her career in 1998 at one of the “big four” accounting firms, Deloitte, before holding various positions in finance and business development. Among them, she served as CFO and business partner for international hospitality and food companies (AccorHotels, Sodexo, Le Duff.)

Vanessa Vega

Global Director, Hotel Distribution & Connectivity

One of our revenue management and distribution experts, Vanessa Vega focuses on hotel distribution as an ecosystem to identify cross-channel symbiotic relationships that help us optimize conversion. She has 15 years of experience in hospitality and a proven record of driving transformation through the optimization of online content and user experience.

Guadalupe Santomé-Busse

Strategic Partnership, EMEA Region 

Partner Consultant at PAG. Over 15 years of experience with Sabre, Worldhotels, and Design Hotels. Hospitality Expert with a focus on boutique and lifestyle assets, hotel systems, and brand affiliations. Having led a wide range of projects globally from distribution landscape optimization, systems integration, and change management. Guadalupe holds an MBA specializing in the competitive advantages of independent hotels to succeed in global tourism.
