With an impressive two-decade tenure in the hospitality industry, Anthony established himself as a seasoned professional. His journey began with luxury guest services in Monaco, ultimately leading to a pivotal role in distribution at a major hotel group, where he earned the distinction of becoming one of the youngest corporate global sales directors. In 2015, Anthony founded PAG, leveraging his extensive experience from leading distribution strategy at Accor. His vision transformed PAG into a consistent revenue stream, significantly boosting the net income of small to medium-sized independent hotel owners and operators, solidifying his influence in the hospitality sector. Anthony's strong leadership skills uniquely position him to enhance service standards, benefiting both PAG and its esteemed clientele. Alongside his remarkable experience, Anthony holds a CHBA certification from HSMAI, emphasizing his expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).

Gary Glodowski, CHDM, CRME

Executive Vice President, Commercial Strategy 

With two decades of dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, Gary's career has been distinguished by an impressive ascent through the ranks, underpinned by a diverse skill set encompassing operations, vendor collaborations, and client relationships. His professional journey spans various renowned global hospitality brands and property types, including independent hotels, luxury boutiques, and major branded establishments. Leveraging his on-property, corporate and vendor experience, Gary has thrived in the consulting sphere at PAG, seamlessly integrating his expertise in RMS, CRS, PMS, and CRM to ensure exemplary service across the client portfolio. Certified as a CRME and CHDM, he remains resolute in his commitment to professional excellence, reaffirming his position as a devoted industry veteran driving success and innovation, all while honing his subject matter expertise within a dynamic SaaS organization.

Deborah MacDonald

Vice President, Hotel Distribution & Support

Deborah, a seasoned hospitality professional with three decades of experience, is a valuable addition to PAG's team. Her journey commenced in the travel agency sector, where she ascended through the ranks, ultimately crossing over into the hospitality sector including contributing to the development of Sabre Synxis as well as delving into e-commerce. This rare, comprehensive perspective—combined with over a decade in leadership roles—makes her an invaluable asset to any hospitality brand. She is continually committed to customer-centric solutions with measurable distribution and revenue strategies. Area Director of Revenue Management

Brian is a seasoned hospitality professional with a career spanning over 25 years in the hospitality industry. Beginning in operations, he steadily advanced to the role of Director of Revenue Management with a diverse background which includes working with luxury, boutique, independent, and corporate brands, showcasing his adaptability. He takes the lead in client meetings and crafts weekly and monthly performance updates, which provide clients with comprehensive insights into performance and market conditions reflecting the hotel's current performance. Brian's dedication to professional growth is evident through certifications like CRME and extensive training from prestigious institutions such as Cornell and MIT. His proficiency in a wide range of technology platforms, including PMS, CRS, Marketing Intelligence, and Sales Systems, significantly elevates customer service and operational efficiency. Brian's multifaceted skill set allows him to focus on daily revenue analysis while also developing customized, in-depth analysis.

Aaron Eschagary

Area Director of Revenue Management

With 17 years of experience, Aaron has held diverse roles in operations, reservations, and sales support, gaining experience in various segments of the industry. His expertise spans technology platforms such as PMS, RMS, and CRS, allowing him to optimize property management, revenue strategies, and distribution channels to benefit clients and colleagues within the PAG team. With extensive experience in the boutique/independent hotel sector and exposure to big brand systems and operations across global markets, Aaron is an expert in leading meetings and managing multiple hotel portfolios under the PAG wing.

Eddie Duran

Area Director of Revenue Management

Eddie brings an exceptional wealth of expertise to the PAG team with over 16 years of invaluable experience in the dynamic hospitality industry. His dedicated 8-year focus on revenue management has honed his proficiency. Eddie's extensive career spans across independent boutique and renowned brand hotels, with a strong emphasis on luxury and lifestyle segments. Throughout his journey, he has made significant contributions in various capacities, including reservations, group sales, conference services, marketing, and revenue management. Eddie's commitment to professional development is exemplified by his CRME certification. Having worked in prominent markets, Eddie now brings his invaluable expertise to our team and clients, making him an invaluable asset to our organization.

Tatsiana Soriano

Tatsiana boasts 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, positioning her as a seasoned professional within the PAG team. Beginning her career in revenue management, she swiftly climbed the ranks, accruing extensive expertise across esteemed hotel brands. With a track record of versatility, Tatsiana seamlessly transitioned between roles such as Revenue Manager, Revenue and Reservations Manager, Customer Service Manager, and even took on additional responsibilities like HR coordination during her time at Performance Hospitality. Her tenure across diverse hotel portfolios, coupled with her proficiency in technology platforms like CRS, Channel Manager, and PMS, underscores her commitment to continuous learning and excellence within the hospitality landscape. Sophie Henning

Global Senior Manager, Hotel Distribution & Connectivity

Sophie's 15-year journey in the hospitality industry has firmly established her as a valuable asset to the PAG team. Her career path included positions at prominent organizations where she wore many hats throughout the sector. Starting out on property level, she made her way through the ranks and picked up numerous roles along the way, at hotel level and within the corporate offices. Clustered Group Reservations Agent, Sales Researcher, CRS Development Manager and Senior online distribution manager were just a few of the roles though out her career. Her expertise extends to both the UK and USA markets, and she excels in various technology platforms, including CRS, Channel Manager and PMS, all of which enhance customer service. Sophie's commitment to professional growth is evident through her past CHDM certification and makes her a valuable asset, consistently contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

John Manalang

Sr. Analyst, Revenue & Distribution Support

John's 11 years of hospitality industry experience began on property, equipping him with valuable back-end knowledge in PMS and CRS, particularly in rate configurations. He excels in channel and distribution support for our clients, ensuring effective property representation and inventory management. In addition, John has been instrumental in assisting clients with PMS/CRS system implementation or migration. His dedication to professional growth, exemplified by his participation in the HSMAI Hotel Revenue Optimization Essentials Program, solidifies his role as a key contributor to PAG's success.

Pamela's journey in the hospitality industry began a decade ago within the enchanting world of boutique luxury hotels. Today, Pamela is widely regarded as a content marketing expert, underpinned by a solid foundation in strategic marketing and a mastery of effective communication. Starting in operations, she immersed herself in various integral roles, in operations, sales, and marketing. However, it was within the sphere of marketing that she unearthed her true passion. Her multifaceted experience in these distinctive environments granted her a profound understanding of the industry's subtleties and the ability to seamlessly adapt to diverse brand identities.

Anne Dekker

CFO

Anne Dekker serves as CFO at Première Advisory Group and brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She started her career in 1998 at one of the “big four” accounting firms, Deloitte, before holding various positions in finance and business development. Among them, she served as CFO and business partner for international hospitality and food companies (AccorHotels, Sodexo, Le Duff.)

Vanessa Vega

One of our revenue management and distribution experts, Vanessa Vega focuses on hotel distribution as an ecosystem to identify cross-channel symbiotic relationships that help us optimize conversion. She has 15 years of experience in hospitality and a proven record of driving transformation through the optimization of online content and user experience.

Strategic Partnership, EMEA Region 

Partner Consultant at PAG. Over 15 years of experience with Sabre, Worldhotels, and Design Hotels. Hospitality Expert with a focus on boutique and lifestyle assets, hotel systems, and brand affiliations. Having led a wide range of projects globally from distribution landscape optimization, systems integration, and change management. Guadalupe holds an MBA specializing in the competitive advantages of independent hotels to succeed in global tourism.
